ADULT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
 
YOGA FLOW: A 60 minute class consisting of a breath work to heat the body along with flowing posture sequences, balancing exercises, core strengthening, restorative poses, and inversions. All Yoga flow classes wind down with a soothing relaxation segment.   Classes are appropriate for all levels, challenging, and fun. Work at your own level and enjoy a great blend of popular music mixed with soothing yoga vibes.
 
SLOW FLOW:A 65 minute class consisting of breathing exercises, a gentle
warm-up, slow flowing yoga sequences, and restorative postures.  Slow grooves,
candle light, and light essential oil treatments; a great way to start or end the day!  Appropriate for all levels.
 
YOGA BARRE:  A 65 minute class incorporating heat bulding breath work, flowing yoga posture sequences, traditional ballet barre exercises, restorative postures, and relaxation techniques.  Emphasis on strength, flexibility, and total body awareness, helps to focus the mind, elongate the body, and soothe the soul.  Appropriate for all levels.

KIDS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
 
TOTS: ( ages 3-5 yrs).  Little ones learn to breath, stretch, smile and relax in a
structured yet playful environ-ment. Yoga Games, Storytelling, Yoga Rest,  and
Creative Drawing are all included in this  45 minute class.
 
KIDS: (ages 5-8yrs.)  In a fun yet structured environment kids learn  valuable
breathing exercises, yoga sequences,cooperative games, relaxation and journaling
set to age appropriate themes. A 50 minute class.
 
TWEENS: (9-12yrs.)  Kids begin to learn more advanced breathing exercises,
challenging yoga sequences, fun age appropriate games and partner work, relaxation,  and journaling skills in this 50 minute class.  No  prior experience necessary.
 
TEENS: (13 and up)  Teens learn  an alternative way to “work out” as well as  the
benefit of a consistent yoga practice and how it can assist them in their daily lives. 
 Breathing strategies, yoga sequences, and relaxation techniques  teach teens the
importance of  keeping  the body and mind clean, clear, and fit.  This 50 minute
class is a positive environment where teens learn to accept themselves and value
their own unique place in the world. 
 
SPECIAL ABILITIES: This  50 minute class is designed for kids and teens diagnosed
with ASD, ADD/ADHD, and other related disorders.  Kids are carefully grouped to
create a class that is appropriate for every child. In a structured environment, kids
learn valuable breathing exercises, yoga posture sequences, cooperative games,
relaxation and creative drawing.  Kids may attend class with or without the support
of a parent or caregiver depending on their  unique abilities.  Please call  to discuss
your child’s needs.

8 class card:  $115 ( to be used within 10 weeks of issue date)
6 class card:  $90 (to be used with 8 weeks of issue date)
*An Additional  $10 for Kids yoga supplies is required for all new children
